The two Chromebooks will be used daily to support and foster learning in a special education classroom. Students will be able to access various resources and materials at their educational level. They will also be able to demonstrate that learning through written communication. The Chromebook offers an option somewhere between a tablet and a laptop. This makes it accessible to students with various needs and strengths. Giving differently abled students access to the same technology available to their peers opens the world to them. They are able to participate more in those same activities other students their age are participating in. The students are also able to express ideas and share information they may not otherwise be able to.
