My students are a very diverse group of boys and girls. They are eager to try new things, take on new adventures and share their excitement for learning with others. I want my students to read and discuss a variety of books with the same vigor that they discuss the more popular books that we all know and love. The books requested for this project will be used in a combined language arts class for a diverse group of learners that includes academically and intellectually gifted 4th and 5th grade students.
