I am requesting twelve Hokki stools for my students to use throughout the classroom. These ergonomic stools are designed with a convex base, so students can move around while they are sitting down. This movement provides both physical and mental benefits to the students. While the students are moving, they are more focused on their work. Students can sway and wiggle while sitting in these stools and not disrupt the other students. I am also requesting tables so I can interact with my small groups. This allows me to present material without leaning across a table. This will help with student focus.
