I teach at a very low income school. We are a Title I schools and our entire school consists of about 350 students, all of whom qualify for FREE lunch. Despite the low socioeconomic backgrounds my kids come from, they are always coming to school each day eager and ready to learn. My students are always building each other up and doing everything they can to better themselves. Our school strives to find the leader in all students. Every child has capabilities, talents, and strengths; sometimes, all it takes is exposure or motivation. The students in my class strive for excellence, no matter how difficult home life may be. They all inherently care about one another and continually make an effort to improve in all aspects.
