We are all learning at a different pace and in a different way, but our classrooms are just not keeping up with us. Technology is behind us, the furniture is outdated and uncomfortable and it makes it hard for us to focus and stay on task. We need help to find our focus and find a way to update our classrooms to be kid-friendly. If we can feel safe and comfortable in our classrooms, we will want to come and learn. We will want to focus on our lessons. Our attitudes will be more positive, towards learning, towards each other, and towards our teachers. It is known that happier and comfortable students are more engaged and cooperative in the classroom. Students cooperate and collaborate more. They are engaged and enhance their learning potential.
