Access to iPads in our Kindergarten classroom will help afford my students with the opportunity to learn and grow in our ever-changing world. My school is a Title 1 school where 75% of students are living at or below the poverty line. Many of my friends do not have the opportunity to experience the world in its entirety and that's something we can help! My friends come to school eager to learn each and every day; think of the difference YOU can make by giving them a passageway to their future by putting technology in their hands! My students will be able to utilize their new iPads during all parts of our day. During reading time, my friends will be able to access hundreds of audio, video, and e-books, scan QR codes, and apply what they're learning in the classroom through interactive apps. In math, my friends will have access to counting practice, interactive story problems, and virtual manipulatives. Further, my students will have the ability to access the world around them through interactive websites, virtual field trips, and through concept review and practice! Thank you in advance for helping me help our future generations! YOU are the light for my students!
