My students need more up-to-date and interesting reading material in our classroom. Right now, our reading material is older, and some of it is falling apart. The kids who are non-readers right now love to look at books with bright pictures and make up stories about the pages they are reading. They will soon begin to read independently, and I would love for them to have new books to explore. First grade is an exciting time to learn and grow. These books have been chosen just for our level, and we will take great care of our new items.
