Due to remote learning it is essential to have the right technology tools to assist in engaging my students . A document camera is ia web based camera for projecting images of documents and objects clearly in real time. This equipment will give my students a front row seat by acting as a virtual whiteboard. It has the ability to capture, save, and present images. A document camera will add life to my lessons across all subject areas. Books can be captured and displayed so that students can follow along . Science experiments can be displayed and discussed online in real time. Math manipulatives can be shared magnified. Maps and charts can be inspected. Audio and video can be recorded using a built in microphone. Visualization techniques help students stay focused and remember concepts.
