As a new teacher, I am probably as excited as my students to find out what each day holds! My students are inquisitive and motivated, eager to learn new skills and expand their knowledge about the world as part of their fourth grade experience. Coming from diverse backgrounds and working together in an inclusive and accepting environment, together we are inspired to collaborate and create! Though most of my students come from economically challenging circumstances, it is my goal to provide a richness in our curriculum. Whether building proficiency in English as an additional language, calculating the area of our classroom, making a model of rock layers, or just discussing approaches to problem solving, we are constantly striving to challenge ourselves to be our personal best! I am dedicated to making learning a joyful and rewarding experience for my students as we grow together throughout the school year!
