Having Chromebooks in the classroom will benefit my students everyday! As of right now I have one Chromebook and my little, curious learners love to use it for research. With 28 students I want every student to have many opportunities to use technology for research. We will also be able to use Chromebooks for math centers, reading centers, and reading intervention programs. I'm so blessed to have programs that are free to use in my classroom like ABC Mouse that are very educational and my students will be able to utilize that during my math rotations. For reading centers and intervention we will also be able to use ABC Mouse and other websites that allow students to listen to books and read along. 2nd grade is such a crucial year and I want them to have the best. Having more technology in the classroom will help these students tremendously as 21st century learners.
