My students are amazing and talented! They are hard working and dedicated. I can honestly say our school is a great place to be, but the Art department is lacking in support and funds. For many students, this is their first art experience but hopefully not their last. I love teaching and giving them new experiences that may hopefully lead them to future college classes but funding my classroom projects has become extremely difficult. I, as well as my students, can see that it has taken a toll on the program.
