My students are a wondrously diverse group. They span tons of nationalities and races from almost all continents of the globe. Some come from low income families and some from high income and most are somewhere in-between. My school is K-8 so many of the students have been here since kindergarten and will stay until they move on to high school. This allows them to grow a very tight bond between and form relationships which can last until adulthood!
