This project will make an immediate difference in the lives of my students and how they interact in my classroom every single day. My 2nd-floor classroom receives a good amount of daytime sun which warms our room to unpleasant temperatures. These temperatures create a classroom where it is extremely hard to concentrate, participate, and learn. Instead of rushing over to seats next to box fans, I'd love to create a classroom temperature comfortable for all students to start the year off strong. As a math teacher I'll end with this: higher air quality + cooler classroom = higher-achieving happier students. Thanks for supporting :)
