These exercise balls will help my students stay engaged in the learning process in our classroom. Right now, my only flexible seating choice is to sit or stand, this will engage the students core muscles while working, a research based method proven to help students with high anxiety, ADD, ADHD, and high stress to focus better in class. My students have asked for other sitting options for a while now, this would be the perfect surprise for these deserving students when they come back to our classroom for in person learning.

About my class
