We have tables in our classroom this year to utilize more work space and to allow the students collaborate with their teams easier. My students need a place to organize their personal belongings without taking up too much space on their tabletops or next to the tables on the floor. Our space is limited so the chair pockets would give us the freedom to keep materials near us to avoid long transitions that would take away from active learning. The students have really enjoyed using tables instead of desks in the past so I would love to make this an enjoyable experience for my class.
