My school is located in a rural area that boasts a community of extremely hard-working people. While the economic status of the majority of these families may not be the highest, you would not know it. You would notice the beautiful small town with a tight-knit community of people supporting each other and helping when needed. Because of this strong mentality, we tend to "make it work" with the materials and supplies that we have. They are always so happy, excited, and grateful for whatever I present them with, or being in to our class. It would be such an exciting honor to be able to tell them that someone out there helped them receive something great!
