My students love to read, and with the opportunity to read in the comfort of bean bags and floor chairs, they will maximize the sustainability of their work time. Many times, my students will lose focus due to distractions surrounding them, or the discomfort of their chairs. The projected outcome of providing students with a variety of seating options allows them the opportunity to be able to focus and work in comfort. These flexible seating options will provide students the opportunity to work in a comfortable environment while focusing on their learning outcomes. These seating options are ideal for our reading centers. While students are focused during their independent reading, I am able to run small guided reading groups simultaneously and devote my instruction without distractions.
