My students have not yet fostered a love for reading, so the reading assignments they must complete in class become that much more difficult. I am here to inspire and motivate them. Therefore, I need to find a solution, and I feel I can do this by encouraging students to first read for fun. Once my students begin reading for fun every day, they will enhance their comprehension as well as their attitude about reading. Students have chosen books that they like and will begin a fun reading challenge! For example, they all love the Dork Diary and Dog Man series, so they will be excited to start with these!
