Having available Apple iTouch devices in our classroom allows for new and unique ways for students to learn. These devices give students the independence to work on apps specifically targeting their needs while in the classroom. The children will be able to work on targeted skills in all content areas, read text independently as well as with the assisting technology it provides, and be rewarded with games and music all at the same time. My goal is to make learning fun and exciting for them in a variety of ways. The iTouches will provide them with the opportunity to learn in a new way that allows them to be independent, as well as productive, and not to mention FUN!
