Students will use these basic school supplies on a daily basis as we explore Earth Science this upcoming school year. Our school textbooks are over 10 years old and are falling apart, so their Interactive Notebook that we create as a class is what will essentially become their textbook. My students will benefit greatly from these donations because these supplies will make it exciting for them to use their 'textbook'. Students will thoroughly enjoy the use of color and it will make it easier for them to locate things within their Interactive notebooks. The colored paper requested will be used to print handouts and study guides on throughout the year, as well as to create foldables to go in their Interactive Notebooks. The heavier weight paper will be used for projects and performance tasks which they have every nine weeks. The glue and the colored pencils will also be used to aid them in the construction of their Interactive Notebooks. My students and myself thank you in advance for your support!
