My eager, active students have benefitted so much from switching to flexible seating this year. They can choose from regular height tables, a low table, or a spot on the carpet. My most wiggly students truly focus best with their chairs balanced on two legs, but that's not safe. The ones who prefer space on the floor struggle to find an easy way to write or type. Wobble chairs and laptop stands will fix these problems and take our flexible seating to the next level! This project will allow me to swap half of the chair seating in our room for wobble chairs that can safely give my students that "kicked back" feeling that helps them focus, and allow me to offer each carpet spot a nice writing surface.
