Students need to learn how to work together in order to be successful in the classroom environment. Using tables will allow the classroom set up to be more efficient and effective for group work. The tables will allow for the students to move freely and work freely in the classroom without being constrained by the current classroom furniture. The tables will be placed in varying places around the room as needed, to allow for whole group instruction, small group instruction, and small group projects. The accessibility provided by the tables and chairs will allow me to manipulate my classroom environment on a daily basis as needed!
