My students have severe disabilities and are struggling every day to try to learn. These resources will aid my students in not only learning but will give them sensory outlets that are needed in their everyday life. A student that is on sensory overload cannot be successful in the learning environment. That student needs an outlet so that they can come back into the learning environment. Special needs students deserve to have the same opportunity as students without disabilities to grow and learn. Being able to even hold a pencil is an every day struggle. Having the materials to aid in fine motor skills will help them learn to write. These items are so important for a classroom that teaches students with severe disabilities.
