Students may choose to never share any of their pages with anyone (or everyone!) so it’s a space where you can let loose and explore with colors, shapes, lines, emotions, and your words all at once. The great thing about art therapy journaling is there is no wrong way to create your art! No grading! No talent is needed! Just a blank page to create anything they want. How cool is that? Students can use their colors, shapes, or drawings to express how they feel in that moment.
