These books will be part of lessons that I will teach involving social/emotional learning for students from kindergarten to fifth grade. I will be teaching students 12 skills and strategies that they can use to help them on a daily basis to become the best person they can be. Books are an invaluable tool to help kids learn these new ways of interacting with others and seeing themselves as capable strong learners. Students will be taught lessons from a curriculum called The Toolbox by Dovetail learning. This is an evidenced based teaching tool that has been researched and tested in schools throughout the United States. I am excited to provide this learning for our students.
