As our teams write, direct, produce and edit a weekly news program, they will be able to use the iPads to create their reporter and anchor scripts and use the iPads as teleprompters to improve their presentation skills. Most students are not comfortable in front of the camera, so a teleprompter gives them confidence in their speaking abilities. They don’t have to worry about “forgetting the words” or making it up as they go. They gain confidence and focus on their presentation skills, eye contact, vocal delivery and voice inflection.

About my class
