Kindergartners love to move! Yet at this time, traditional chairs are our only option in the classroom. Research has shown that movement allows students to focus and strengthen their ability to pay attention. Hokki stools will provide my students a flexible seating option that allows them to be active, as well as work collaboratively in a space that works best for them in the classroom. We are a full-day Kindergarten, and our day truly is full of engaging lessons and hands-on activities. These (s)tools will help my students to move, sway, and wiggle in a safe and gentle manner without distracting their classmates and allowing their young minds to work and learn.
