My students are in the Chinese immersion program. They attend a class where the teacher only speaks and writes in Chinese and they are challenged to do the same. Then for the rest of the day they come to my class to learn reading and writing in English. I also though have to go over math and science to make sure that they are understanding the concepts that are being taught in Chinese. They are very smart students who love to learn and love to learn by playing educational games. They would be very excited and engaged in learning, if in the our class we could have I POD Touches to use 4 days a week during centers.
