My students are Kindergarten through third graders in a low socioeconomic area. I am the early literacy coach who tests all 350 K-3 students. Once I establish their reading levels, I work with the teachers to use this data to drive their instruction. The teachers then give targeted interventions to the students to get them reading at grade level. I have to track all this data by creating spreadsheets for the teachers so that the data is easy to use. In addition, I push into second and kindergarten classrooms to run small group reading interventions.
