Anyone can admit walking into an environment that makes you feel safe, comfortable, happy, and ready to take on the day is a big enough motivator to do your best. Students should have that same feeling when stepping into their classroom. By having a flexible seating classroom the students will discover how they learn best while taking on responsibilities with their own choices.
Every student has different learning abilities and needs and by picking a seating option that is best suitable will ensure engagement and communication among peers.
Students will be able to choose from stability balls, wobble chairs, high top table and stools, and wobble cushions. We are also asking for clipboards to write on for those students who choose other seating options that have already been established into our current room. By donating to our project you will aid in the overall academic achievement of my students. I know my students will feel valued and important with flexible seating and I cannot wait to see the difference it makes!
