When we travel, we like to be comfortable. As my students are traveling through the literature that we are reading, they want to be comfortable as well. By providing students with balance balls, bean bag chairs and lap desks, swivel stools and high top tables, they will be able to read and collaborate in style. Students feel empowered when they are given choice! When students walk into our classroom, they will be able to choose a working environment that is comfortable and functional for them to do their best. As students have choices within the classroom, they begin to take ownership over their own learning experiences.

About my class
