One of the new topics when teaching technology at the elementary level is coding. Coding is such a complicated thought for young elementary school students. Ozobot and Robot Mouse will allow students the opportunity to put coding in action in a hands-on and visual way. The items are both programmable objects that require students to create a code and problem solve so the object can successfully navigate a path or maze. Coding is a great way to get students to think outside the box and work together to come up with a solution to a problem. Coding is also a mandatory skill in the ever growing technology world we are living in. By providing students with the tools to help them learn these skills, we will be setting them up to be successful in a technology driven society.
