They will allow the children to learn more than just the standards, but skills they need such as self-regulation, anger management, conflict resolution, and more. Our students deserve to be seen for the amazing individuals they are, and these picture books can support them in accessing that visibility. The students will be able to see themselves in these books and utilize the lessons learned in their journeys to success. The discussions that will be sparked from this library will stay with the students long beyond their school years.

About my class
