As we all know, technology is incredibly important in our daily lives. We use it to communicate, to research, to be entertained, to complete work or assignments, to capture special moments through pictures and videos...the list is endless. Technology is the way of the future, especially for our young learners. These Chromebooks will be used as a learning tool for all subjects. Students can use these to read and listen to books, to type up a writing assignment that they spent a week brainstorming, drafting, and editing, to research information for projects, and to engage in educational games that will improve their skills. I can also use these Chromebooks as a tool to provide the students with quick feedback on assignments and as an assessment tool to continue to further their learning that best meets their learning style. By donating to our project, you will provide my students with endless educational opportunities that will without a doubt increase their academic achievement.
