Tablets would enable me to work more effectively with small groups of children to access digital reading material at their various reading levels. Lessons could be accessed and become more interactive with students able to annotate and make simple notes using digital tools. Children experience learning with both print materials and digitally, a means often more familiar to them. Readers are writers! Tablets would provide a vehicle for students to publish and share their writing and drawings with me, their parents and their classmates through Google Classroom and other apps like Seesaw moving their work into the realm of real world application.
