This activity is a daily assignment book that the students work in at the beginning of the class time. With the recent budget cuts, the school district is not able to provide a booklet for each student. In using this activity last year, I noticed a significant jump in test scores. I believe this booklet was a major contributor to the great scores because of the daily reading comprehension reinforcement of skills. Each day there is a short section to complete while continuing to build on the skills from previous days. Please consider funding this project to help my student succeed in the 5th grade! Thank you in advance for your generosity.
