In order for students to learn, students need to know that their teacher cares for them as an individual. I want to recognize all students on their birthdays with a special award and bookmark. Students are excited and feel important when they are recognized. I want to create a learning environment where all students can learn. Students learn best with hands-on activities. The students will make interactive notebooks to learn about places around the world using the requested glue sticks, pens, and scissors. While learning about various places in the world, the students will be motivated to travel or learn more about these various places around the world and how people interact with their environment.
