I am an RSP teacher in a K-6 learning center that gives ELA and math support to general education students that have learning disabilities. My exceptional students attend daily support sessions in my class, outside their general education classroom, that focus on ELA and math interventions as well as social-emotional support. Having an inclusive and inviting classroom is key to making my students feel welcomed and motivated to engage in the support services that include small group and one-on-one instructional support.
