As a first-year teacher, I want to give my students the most organized and engaging classroom. Families crave communication and want their child's teacher to communicate especially during the year where things can change daily. The literature organizer will be used as a mailbox to help communicate any necessary information to my fourth grade families. With a year of unknown upon us, I want to excite my students by adding extra engagement to my lessons. I want to use the microphone to keep their attention and give them a chance to practice having their voice heard by others. Since my students are Title 1 students many of them may be without supplies, especially after the pandemic and many parents being out of work for a while. I want to give my parents and students one less thing to worry about. I will be supplying students with extra supplies if they do not have the basics. The pencil pouches give them a place to put their supplies.
