As part of the 50th Anniversary of the Apollo 11 flight, our school has been invited to be a part of the ANGLeS (Apollo Next Giant Leap Student) Challenge! In this challenge, our students will need to make a lunar lander which will be tied to a drone and flown onto a map of the moon simulating the lunar landing so many years ago. Once the payload has been dropped, the lunar lander will be replaced with a Lego EV3 that will maneuver around the map, watching out for craters and picking up rock samples that will need to be identified.
