As the majority of classrooms and jobs across America are using many technological resources, my students do not have access at home or at school to these things as easily as others. Using a tablet would help students practice navigating a technological device and prepare them for computer based tests that are mandatory by the State of NJ. Plus technology is fun! Students would use the tablets for educational games. Students will share the tablets by rotating their time during center work. Apps will be downloaded by the teacher that are appropriate for classroom learning, while still fun and engaging.
