My students function at least 2 grade levels below that of their non-disabled peers. We need place to practice practical life skills in a safe environment before we practice in our real kitchen. This play kitchen will allow students to develop their language, math, reading, and communication skills while having fun! We will use this center daily to create memorable learning experiences for each student to practice at their own level. We will be able to learn about jobs within our community and how people actually work at those jobs. We appreciate in advance any support we get from this community!
