Having access to exercise ball chairs in the classroom will allow my students to have their sensory needs met while they attend to academic tasks. Students will be able to bounce and move, independently and safely, while engaging with group instruction or independent seat work. Integrating sensory materials into our classroom will open up a wide range of educational opportunities. My students will no longer have to miss valuable instructional time because of their need for sensory stimulation. With exercise ball chairs, my students can both meet their sensory needs and attend to academic tasks at the same time. With these materials, life in our classroom can be calm, cool, and collected while my students learn. Exercise ball chairs will enhance the learning experiences for many students who need movement and tactile stimulation. These materials are a necessary sensory solution for our kinesthetic kiddos!
