These resources will help ensure that we can take professional grade photos in class of the dishes our students create. We will utilize them in a number of ways, including menu development and presentations, but the most important is building online/ePortfolios. Having professional grade pictures will help our students stand out from the competition. When applying for jobs, quality is important! Having pictures of actual dishes they create will give them an edge in this industry and show a level of professionalism that employers are looking for in employees. Students will be able to explore their creative sides during this process and also be exposed to a completely different facet of the industry they normally wouldn't be exposed to; food photography.

About my class
