Whiteboards that are magnetic and easy to erase help with the engagement of students and the organization of the classroom. The whiteboard is a crucial tool used to get information to all students. This could pertain to the lesson for the day or important announcements. With the whiteboard being magnetic student work can be easily displayed and celebrated by all who enter the room. Whiteboards are the saving grace of a teacher. Without really good whiteboards the frustration level can rise. The room that I will be inheriting has whiteboards that are very difficult to erase without a chemical and are not magnetic. I want to be sure that seventh and eighth graders that I teach next year have the materials they deserve to be successful. I also want to be sure I can do my job as smoothly as possible so the day can be spent on learning and not worrying about the whiteboard needing to be erased. Please support my students in getting nice working whiteboards.
