Our school is located in a region that is a popular tourist attraction yet our district lines reach far beyond that, which basically means many of my students come from a low economic background and don't have the needed resources at their fingertips at school or at home. After going through the hour of code and the learn.code.org lessons my students' eyes were open to what is possible through creativity, problem-solving and technology.
