Not everyone can be quiet and still all day long. For my second graders to sit and concentrate when all they want to do is wiggle, dance, flick their feet, lie on the floor, with a few breaks for stations throughout the day, it is very difficult. I purchased lap desks, scoop chairs, and made crate chairs, but it is simply not enough for my kids. With standing desks and more flexible seating, all of my students can focus and learn how THEY learn best! My goal is to have all of my students work in the most inviting , stimulating, and fun environment that I can offer.

About my class
