One day I would like provide my second graders with a 1:1 ratio of technology in the classroom. Having that amount of technology in the classroom will allow my students the opportunity to complete our school's blended learning programs. These programs are set to increase their learning and set them up for successful futures. Our school requires second grade students to complete a typing program, ST math program, and Accelerated Reader program. All of these programs need to be completed on the computer. This is why I want to get my students a Chromebook so that they have more opportunities for success on these programs. More technology in our classroom will put a smile on all of their faces!
