We have a team of twelve students that will participate in the Battle of the Books competition this coming March. The students have a list of 40 chapter books that have been given to them, that they need to read and comprehend prior to the "battle". I would like at least two students to read each book at a time so they can discuss the story and question each other during our working lunches. We will be using a blog site to encourage communication between the students for both question they may have or summaries of the books they read.
