My students come from a low income background with more than 70% of the students being on free/reduced lunch. Many families are not well educated and can't afford to help educate and provide for their children the way they would like to if they had the opportunity. Our school has come a long way in providing the best education possible. We were considered a "failing school" by the Department of Education years ago. Since then, we have taken many measures to provide the best education we can and our school has received a high rating from the Department of Education for many years. Our staff and students have worked very hard to get where we are today.

About my class
